Whole foods turn out to be much healthier and suit the natural cleansing process.</p>
<p>Liquids play a vital role as well. You should start your day with a glass of warm water and adding some limejuice or some other citrus juice to it would definitely do the trick igniting the natural morning cleansing process. Try drinking up to 10 glasses of water per day. Do not forget to take the fiber supplement. By supplement I do not mean some pills or shakes. Take normal fiber diets that include crushed flak seeds or psyllium. It would help loosen up the hard waste and flush it out painlessly. Make sure to drink at least a glass of juice along with the supplement and in order to be safe from constipation just drink enough water.</p>
<p>Herbs like cascara sagrada or triphala would help you eliminating the excess waste naturally. They stimulate the movement of intestines and colons, similar to what a laxative does but naturally.
