The <strong>cardio routine goes through forty-five minutes of fat burning exercise</strong> utilizing modern dance moves.<strong> One of my favorite DVD&#8217;s the Thighs &amp; Buns improved my foot work while shaping my buns.</strong></p>
<p>I couldn&#8217;t imagine the Hip Hop Abs work-out to be so much fun. These high energy videos have<strong> improved my dancing skills and helped me achieve the body I have always wanted</strong>. It took over an hour of exercise a day at the gym to get a minuscule result. With Hip Hop Abs I got better results from half an hour of dancing. The choice seems to be simple enough, <strong>pay hundreds of dollars to use shared equipment</strong> or <strong>dance at home to achieve the results you want</strong>.</p>
