<p><br/>So I havent been grocery shopping for my apartment in a while. Been surviving off of peanut butter jellys for a few weeks hahaha These are the things I buy at the store to maintain a healthy diet. I have researched alot on bodybuilding.com which is my go to site for anything about health and the body. After reading tons of articles, I finally narrowed it down to what types of foods I needed most (and also what I know I would enjoy). Eating healthy isnt about eating what seems disgusting to you. It can still be enjoyable and great tasting ! Most of the things I picked out (with no sugars added, skim instead of whole, wheat instead of white) are things that you actually would bearly notice a difference from the original. So go ahead and try out some of the tips I gave in the video on your next time out shopping.
