With these tough economic times paying for a gym membership is out of the question. Looking for alternatives ways to exercise and keep in shape. I began searching for a effective work-out I could take anywhere. I particularity wanted have washboard abs and tight buns with out using any bulky equipment. A video for Hip hop abs caught my attention. The trainer correlated dance moves to many ab sculpting exercises, the video was easy to follow and very entertaining. I have never enjoyed dancing until I really got into Hip Hop abs.

At first, I felt embarrassed and afraid someone would see me. After perfecting all the dance moves, I was ready to show off. The Hip hop Abs program came with four DVD’s that specialized in Cardio, Thighs & Buns, Abs, and Stamina. Each subject covered dynamic work routine that exerted a particular muscle area. For instance, the Ab Sculptor worked my lower stomach and sides without one sit-up. The cardio routine goes through forty-five minutes of fat burning exercise utilizing modern dance moves. One of my favorite DVD’s the Thighs & Buns improved my foot work while shaping my buns.

I couldn’t imagine the Hip Hop Abs work-out to be so much fun. These high energy videos have improved my dancing skills and helped me achieve the body I have always wanted. It took over an hour of exercise a day at the gym to get a minuscule result. With Hip Hop Abs I got better results from half an hour of dancing. The choice seems to be simple enough, pay hundreds of dollars to use shared equipment or dance at home to achieve the results you want.
