I was stressed out today and hungry after lunch, so I sat here at my computer and pigged out on Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal. That stuff tastes just like Cap'n Crunch, except it's allegedly healthier. I dunno, is "organic evaporated cane juice" really any better than "high fructose corn syrup"? ...
